Camera view
How to get there: Liveview after power on (tap the on-screen icons)
Shooting mode
Options: Photo · Video · Panorama · Timelapse · Motionlapse · Webcam
Tap the mode icon at the bottom left, swipe to choose, then tap the mode or swipe up to return. ActiveTrack is unavailable in Panorama, Timelapse, Motionlapse and SpinShot.
Used in scenarios: Night video, Midday sea, Morning car trip, Indoor vlog, Golden hour walk, Sports and action, City timelapse
Zoom level
Options: 1x · 3x · 6x
Tap the zoom level to switch quickly, or use the Zoom button: once for 3x, twice for 6x, press and hold to zoom continuously, once more at any level to go back to 1x.
Used in scenarios: Night video
ActiveTrack
Options: Off · Frame Tracking (press joystick once) · Centered Tracking (double-tap subject)
Available in Photo and Video mode. Press the joystick or tap the screen to exit.

Smart gimbal mode
Options: Exit · Multi-Person Tracking · Spotlight Follow · Dynamic Framing · SpinShot 90° · SpinShot 180°
Video mode only: tap the smart gimbal mode icon on the left of the liveview.

Focus and metering point
Single tap the liveview to focus and meter on that point.
Used in scenarios: Night video, Midday sea
Camera direction
Options: Forward · Backward (selfie)
Tap the Gimbal Rotate icon, or press the joystick three times.

Joystick control

How to get there: Swipe up from the bottom of the camera view
Parameters of the current shooting mode
The manual states that parameters differ per shooting mode and refers to the actual interface; it lists no values. Set resolution, frame rate and similar options here, then swipe down from the top to return to the liveview.

Color mode
Options: Standard (as shown on the camera) · D-Log 10bit · D-Log 2 10bit
D-Log modes keep more dynamic range for color grading in post. The manual names D-Log 10bit and D-Log 2 10bit; other modes are as shown on the camera.

Color Recovery
Options: Off · On
Only with D-Log 10bit or D-Log 2 10bit: previews the graded look in the liveview.

Focus Mode
Listed in the manual without its option names; pick from what the camera shows.
Beautify
Options: Off · On
Video mode only. Cannot be used together with Film Tone.

Film Tone

Tap PRO to adjust the pro parameters. The manual does not list them; exposure-related values are set here on the camera.

Control center
How to get there: Swipe down from the top of the camera view
Gimbal mode
Options: Follow · Tilt Locked · FPV · FPV⊥
Follow (default) suits most scenes incl. vlogs and selfies. Tilt Locked suits push-in/pull-out and lateral moves. FPV follows the handle freely for immersive shots; FPV⊥ keeps the camera perpendicular to the handle on power-on or recenter.

Rotational Speed
Adjusts how fast the gimbal follows the handle.

Custom Mode
Saves the current shooting settings so similar scenes can be shot directly later.

Wireless Microphone
Links up to two DJI transmitters; once linked, tap it to adjust transmitter audio parameters.
Used in scenarios: Morning car trip, Indoor vlog
Fill Light
Opens the fill light page (see the Fill light screen).
Gesture Control
Options: Off · On · On + Registered Subjects Only
Palm toggles ActiveTrack; V gesture takes a photo or starts/stops recording. Keep your face unobscured and within the effective range for the lens.

Settings

Register Subject
Registered subjects are prioritised for autofocus, gesture control and Spotlight Follow.

Shooting orientation
Options: Auto-Rotation · Landscape · Portrait

Screen Rotate & Capture
Options: Off · On
When on, rotating the screen clockwise powers on and starts shooting with the last settings; the camera powers off two seconds after shooting.
Screen brightness
Options: Slider · Adaptive brightness
Adaptive brightness is meant for outdoor use.

FT (Selfie)
Options: Off · On
In selfie orientation the camera tracks the largest subject in frame automatically.

Selfie Flip

Sounds
Sets the volume.
Reference Line
Options: Off · On

Fill light
How to get there: Swipe down > Fill Light (accessory must be attached)
Fill light

Color temperature
Adjusted on the fill light page; the manual shows it as a slider without values.
Brightness
Adjust the gimbal tilt after attaching the light to avoid lens flare.

Anti-Flicker
Options: Auto (default) · Grid frequency of your region
Reduces flicker from fluorescent lights and TV screens indoors. Choose the frequency of the local power grid.

Audio Backup
Options: Off · On: separate .aac file · On: extra audio track in the video
Records the built-in microphone alongside a wireless microphone. Not supported in Timelapse, Webcam and DisplayPort modes.

Gimbal Startup Direction
Options: Last Setting · Forward · Backward
The manual details Last Setting: with Follow or Tilt Locked the camera faces forward or backward as last used; with FPV it resumes the last orientation.

Wearable Mode
Options: Off · On
Locks selfie orientation and switches the gimbal to Tilt Locked; swipe up to exit.
